Please review the following basic terms and conditions that govern your purchase of products from MyFashionStory.com.
#1 General
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of MyFashionStory.com. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the site from time to time.
#2 Trademarks
"MyFashionStory" and its logo belongs to My Fashion Story. No use of these marks may be made without the prior written authorization of My Fashion Story, except as necessary to accurately identify the products or services of My Fashion Story.
#3 Promotions
Promotions and offers shall be governed by the rules regulating such event.
#4 Prices
The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$) by default. You can change the currency displayed using the currency converter feature on the left column of the website.
All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable.
#5 Products
All products displayed on MyFashionStory.com are sold on a pre-order basis. While we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website, we cannot guaranteee that the colour displayed on your monitor is accurate. The actual product might vary slightly from its photographs shown due to different lightings captured by the photographer or variation with different computer graphic cards and displays.
Designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral might differ slightly from its photographs shown online when fabrics discontinue and are replaced by new, similar and seasonal fabrics.
Clothing measurements used are specified in the various product pages. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. There might be some slight difference (+/- 2~3 cm) from the measurements stated.
All items sold are non-refundable but are exchangeable if the item is defected. Replacement of the same product will be made if it’s defected. Should the defected product be sold out at the point of return, a full refund will be made. Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.
Reservations and trades are strictly not allowed at MyFashionStory.
#6 Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on MyFashionStory.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
#7 DELIVERY
MyFashionStory will not be held liable for lost parcels if customer chooses to opt for normal mail. MyFashionStory strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a safe piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.
MyFashionStory ship all parcels via Singpost. MyFashionStory will not be liable for any delayed / lost parcels on SingPost side.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, MyFashionStory reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
